Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a server is a tough process. You either have to do the work yourself , in other words devote your valuable time to monitoring your server, or, alternatively, you have to set up a 3rd–party solution whose sole task will be to keep an eye on your virtual server. And that is where our Optional Managed Services solution can help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS will be included in our custom–developed monitoring system, which will keep track of all the important processes. And in case of any service problem, our sysadmins will be alerted instantaneously and they will fix the issue as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest assignment in this world. You will either need to use a separate server or your home computer, alternatively assign some third–party software. Our company offers a far easier solution with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll create a full backup copy of your Virtual Private Server every week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any key info. And we can always restore a backup really quickly. All the backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration from you. This is where our Optional Managed Services option will come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & troubleshooting operations – it means that you’ll be able to basically employ one of our skilled server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any software whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him solve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
