Registrar Lock in Cloud Hosting
With a Linux cloud hosting from our company, you will have absolute authority over your domains through our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel. You will be able to do anything you’d like, including locking/unlocking any of the domain names registered through us, as long as the particular generic or country-code TLD extension supports this option. Clicking the padlock icon that you’ll see next to any domain name registered in your Hepsia Control Panel will show you its current status and clicking it for the second time will permit you to edit that status. If you wish to transfer a domain to another registrar company, you can initiate the procedure immediately. Since unlocking a domain through your Control Panel will take effect instantaneously, no propagation interval or any action on our end will be needed. Locking a domain is just as easy – you’ll just need to go through the exact same steps.
Registrar Lock in Semi-dedicated Hosting
In case you wish to transfer a domain from our company to another registrar and you have a semi-dedicated server account, you’ll be able to get the domain name ready with only several clicks. All your domains will be shown in a separate section of the Hepsia Control Panel – the very same tool via which you will manage your hosting account. If a particular gTLD or ccTLD supports the registrar lock option, you will notice a padlock icon. You can see whether the domain is locked or not by clicking on that icon once and you can change the status by clicking once more. This is all it takes and there will be nothing else that you or we will have to do, so you can initiate the transfer procedure right away. The change will propagate instantaneously, so you will not have to wait for the status to be changed on WHOIS lookup sites.
